Leadership anchors a team’s performance. Your team results rest on your confidence and competence as leader, coach, visionary and champion. Clear communication, motivated individuals and a common goal are the cornerstones of success.

Are you able to galvanize your team around a common goal, assign tasks to optimize individual strengths, and inspire and reward team members’ contributions? These are learnable skills, and this development experience helps you position yourself as an engaged leader who elicit sustainably strong performances from your teams.

Lead-In to Team Dynamics equips participants with tools to identify barriers to team effectiveness, skills to build team commitment and cohesion, and the competence and confidence to model leadership behaviours that maximize team optimization. Participants will also learn new skills for using feedback—both giving and receiving—to facilitate teamwork and communication.

Managers, Directors, Vice-Presidents, and any self-motivated individuals looking to more effectively lead others coalescing toward a common purpose or to take a more effective role as a member of a team or group; Leaders who are looking for invigorating content, multi-channel development, and support and structure to contribute to the success and effectiveness of teams and groups.

Based on the cumulative and interdependent nature of leadership skills and approaches, we highly recommend (though it’s not a pre-requisite) that leaders interested in this program first participate in Lead-In to Leadership. Specifically, leaders intending to participate in Lead-In to Team Dynamics will require their MBTI Step I Profile report (provided in Lead-In to Leadership).
