Overview

Continual and rapid reinvention is a reality of the 21st century workplace; however, change can be a roadblock for individuals, teams, and organizations. As an effective leader, you will be called upon to inspire, facilitate and coach through change.

Change affects people on a highly personal level; it takes exceptional and specialized leadership skills to guide an organization through transition. Lead-In to Change equips you to envision your organization’s evolution, overcome resistance, build support and steer a lasting transformation.

Lead-In to Change Leadership participants will gain an understanding of common barriers to change and a basic framework for designing and implementing change. Participants will scale up key change competencies from self-change to engaging others in team and organization change.

Managers, Directors, Vice-Presidents, and any self-motivated individuals looking to enable comfort and proficiency in flourishing amidst change; Leaders who are looking for invigorating content, multi-channel development, and support and structure to enable oneself and others to adapt to the constant changes in their environments and communities.

Based on the cumulative and interdependent nature of leadership skills and approaches, we highly recommend (though it’s not a pre-requisite) that leaders interested in this program first participate in Lead-In to Leadership and Lead-In to Team Dynamics.
