Coaching is a 21st century skill that empowers others to recognize their own strengths, commit to action, and assume responsibility for personal and professional growth. We now know that strong leadership requires superior coaching skills.

By building these skills you can realize your own potential to engage, coach, and lead with others. This experience will improve your coaching competence; you will be better prepared to motivate others, encourage responsibility, and support practical action planning. Leaders with strong coaching skills are champions for personal growth and development.

Lead-In to Coaching establishes a foundation of coaching as an effective means of leading, motivating, and developing others. Participants clarify the philosophy of a coaching approach and launch crucial skills in using questions for engagement, active listening, and to build action and commitment with others.
