The GC Index measures and describes five different ways people are inclined to contribute to change and apply their game-changing impact. This ‘organimetric’ brings five proclivities into the light to support development and alignment at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

Originally motivated by an interest to identify the game changer qualities in organizations, the GC Index creators found there are 100,000 different profile combinations that show how everyone can contribute. We can better understand where individuals have energy for impact in alignment with the cycle of change.
